Private Fees

We are committed to providing value for money. Private clients generally complete mediation for between £1000 – £2000 per person, whereas clients paying solicitors generally pay £5000 – £10,000 per person to complete their case. Research shows that mediation is a cost-effective process.

Our Fees

MIAM: £150 + VAT per person; Mediators certification for Form C100 / Form A etc: £60.00 + VAT

Child Only Issues: £150 + VAT per person per hour

Finance & Property – sliding scale depending on the value of your assets:

Nil equity charged at £150 + VAT per hour per client
Equity up to £200,000 charged at £155 + VAT per hour per client
Equity up to £300,000 charged at £160 + VAT per hour per client
Equity up to £750,000 charged at £180 + VAT per hour per client
Equity up to £1,000,000 charged at £190 + VAT per hour per client
Equity up to £2,000,000 charged at £200 + VAT per hour per client

Drafting a Memorandum of Understanding or Summary of Financial Information: £150 + VAT per hour or part thereof

Please note that we ask for payment before each session by bank transfer or in cash, so that you will not receive a large, unexpected bill at the end.
